We take the time to understand your vision and manage all the logistical details, from menu selection to technical requirements. Our physical venue at 8 Beach Street provides a versatile canvas for a wide range of event types.
Step One
Initial inquiry
You submit a reservation inquiry through our booking page or contact our coordinator directly by phone or email. We confirm the date, approximate guest count, and the type of gathering you have in mind.
Step Two
Briefing with your coordinator
Your dedicated coordinator walks through the available spaces, catering options, and any technical or accessibility requirements. This is where the shape of the evening begins to take form.
Step Three
Menu and room planning
We finalize the food and beverage package, room layout, audio-visual setup, and the schedule for the evening. Dietary requirements and beverage preferences are confirmed at this stage.
Step Four
The event itself
On the night, our staff manage service, standards of conduct, and the flow between dining, bar, and lounge areas. Your coordinator remains on hand so that every stage runs as planned.

Our staff are on hand to manage these standards throughout your event, from arrival at the front desk through to the close of the evening. Where events include access to the gaming lounge, valid photo ID confirming age 18 or over is required for every participant.
