Rosemont Haven Queenstown operates on a schedule designed to accommodate both our hotel residents and those visiting specifically for our dining and entertainment facilities. As a physical venue, our hours are subject to local New Zealand regulations and seasonal adjustments. Our hotel reception is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to assist residents with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries. Whether you are arriving late from a flight or need assistance in the early hours, our team at 8 Beach Street is always available. Concierge services, including tour bookings and transport arrangements, run from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.

The Alpine Bar is open daily from 11:00 AM until late, providing a space for lunch, afternoon drinks, and evening dining. Our full dinner menu is served from 5:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Outside of these hours, a selection of small plates and bar snacks is available to ensure guests have access to quality refreshments throughout the day and into the night.

The 18+ gaming lounge operates from 12:00 PM daily, continuing late into the night. These hours align with Queenstown's nightlife while respecting local council regulations. Breakfast for our hotel guests and the public is served in the dining room from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM on weekdays, and until 11:00 AM on weekends. We offer both a continental buffet and a selection of à la carte hot dishes prepared fresh to order by our kitchen team.

In the height of summer, we often extend our dining and lounge hours to accommodate the increased number of visitors to Queenstown. These adjustments ensure that guests can enjoy our facilities after a long day of outdoor activities.

To maintain our standards of boutique luxury, housekeeping services for guest rooms are typically conducted between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM. If you have specific timing requirements or wish not to be disturbed, please use the indicators provided in your suite or contact the front desk. Scheduled maintenance for the gaming lounge is usually performed during early morning hours to avoid impacting guests.

After Midnight

Late Night Access Policy

Access to the venue after midnight is restricted to hotel residents and guests already within the facility. This policy helps us maintain a secure and peaceful environment for our overnight stayers. All entries after this time are monitored by our security team at the main Beach Street entrance, and the 18+ ID requirement remains strictly in force for all guests.
